The online ballot is in the AAHP "membersonly" area of the website. To enter the area, you will need to know your AAHP ID number and your AAHP website password. You will see a screen that looks like this:

Your AAHP ID number appears on the subject line of the Email you received (or on the envelope, if you received a letter). Use ONLY a "4" digit number). Do NOT include the "BHP." (If your ID number is less than 1000, please use leading zero's to make it a "4" digit number)

IF you have forgotten either your AAHP ID number or your password, you can RETRIEVE them from the website. They will be sent to the E-mail address we have in our records. You can CHECK your email address or type the first letter of your last name (lower case only) and .

If you have never been assigned a password (you can tell you've never been assigned by noting that your name is NOT underlined as a link on the AAHP Membership list) you may REQUEST one to be issued .
