In the interest of keeping the Academy membership better informed, this month’s “CHP Corner” presents information about the American Academy of Health Physics budget approved during the Executive Committee meeting held 24 June 2000 in Denver. The two figures below present the FY2000-2001 projected receipts and the approved disbursements budget, respectively.

The total projected receipts amount to $189,100 ($100 in miscellaneous income is not shown here.) The total projected disbursements amount to $205,150. It should be noted that the estimate of Investment Income is conservative, and most likely will exceed $15,000; however, for planning purposes a lower estimate is used. In FY1998-1999 (the last year with recorded actuals), $15,000 was estimated and $48,229 was realized from Investment Income.
